Big facilities, the rooms are big , clean , quiet with a nice view ... Breakfast was great .. very good hotel and big value for Money only for short breaks .....

The location is safe.

I didn't like the fact that it wasn't clean, or maybe my expectations are too high. In the hallway, the same song could be heard all the time from the speakers in the ceiling, which was repeated. There is no internet connection in the rooms, it only works in the hallway.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good view of the water whilst eating breakfast.

Our rooms were clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. We had a balcony although not looking over the water but the roadside.. There was a good selection for breakfast. The staff in general were friendly. They opened the Italian restaurant specifically for us after we asked where it was situated in the hotel!!

When booking we understood there would be a bar, a pool, a sauna, spa etc but on arrival were told none of it was available and the bar was non alcoholic. I understand the pool being closed as it was winter months. Not all the restaurants advertised on the booking site were available. The rooms could have been better equipped with extras as we had to ask for extra blanket, toilet paper, a spoon. We were disappointed not having a view of the Canal as that was a main reason for visiting Ismailia.

I booked 2 club view rooms, which were double or twin rooms, they took extra fees for a child and told me the room is single!! I showed them the description saying it’s a double or twin room they said no it’s single!

It was OK.

Size of the room, the lake view.

The bathroom was not clean, waste basket was broken. Conference guests should have a special check in desk to allow others to check in in good time and avoid waiting in long que. The music at the beach was very loud.

Gorgeous property designed for Egyptian elites but some challenges for outsiders.

It is a beautiful property. There is no question about that. It is certainly designed for the Egyptian elite who was to get away from Cairo. It is a nice new luxury porperty.

The internet is terrible. If you have any work to do be prepared for some serious frustrations. The resort is definitely accustomed to the Egyptian elite. As a result, the English skills of the a majority of the staff is limited. These leads to miscommunication and bad service. Note that there is no alcohol except for in the Japanese restaurant and the Cigar bar. Even there it is limited to beer and wine. The reason I have to be a bit critical is that we were there for AFCON so they had time to make sure that they hired some diverse staff to accomadate the visitors from French , English and Portuguese speaking countries. It felt like they made no effort.

Deplorable attitude from manager. Wouldn't consider that place ever again.

Everything. This place wrecked my programme and think providing a router at 4.45 a.m. makes up for everything else. Worst service ever. So-called 5 star hotel gave pathetic service. Total rip off!. They think wifi is enough. Absolute worst attitude ever.

The location, air conditioning, services, facilities, view, architecture , breakfast, sanitary, staff, swimming pool, and restaurants ,,, it is a royal hotel.

The staff never or rarely answer our income phone calls neither from outside the hotel nor inside

View Receptionists were really helpful.

People swim in the pool with their normal clothes not swimming suits, no one says that it is "Not allowed" to them. Towels on the pool are smelly.

Decent hotel; not for business travelers

Clean, well maintained, awesome gym

The WiFi was terrible unless you sit in the lobby. Not a good place to stay if you are on business. And don’t eat from the hotel’s room service.

Perfect, but the property needs alot to be up to the guests expectations.

Animation Team was excellent

The girls at the lobby reception were not professionals enough, more training is needed, but their manager Ahmed was great and did his best to satisfy the guests

Great location but not so great experience.

Located on the best location of the town, it's a new hotel but the staff is a let down. Too many of them around but nothing gets done. By the pool I had to go ask for a coffee then I had to go again to ask for another drink. Reported a problem in the bathroom and had to chase it 3 times. It's a shame that such a wonderful hotel is let down by staff training.

The employee who is responsible for following booking reservations , ignored my request and don’t have any type of negotiation or communication skills . Really she gave me very bad impact about the hotel and the site .

1- All employees have no experience in dealing with the guest 2 - I found the booking of non-booking uniforms I chose and they took from me money to increase and even forced me to pay They told me that the reservation to one individual, but I had chosen for two people was the payment to another person increase(upgrade), they said the reservation for one night, but I had chosen two nights 3- There is no any Privileges for all booking levels for your customers
